3rd Workshop –The legal framework for providing online learning

Today was successfully completed the third workshop in a row, as part of the project funded by the Ministry of Education and Science – “The transformation process from in-campus classes into online classes due to COVID-19 pandemic situation – the case of Higher Education Institutions in Kosovo “.
This workshop aimed to address the readiness of Universities within Kosovo to provide online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of legal frameworks.
The workshop was attended by professors from UBT Krenare Pireva Nuci and Jorida Frakulli Xhafaj, former Deputy Minister prof. Xhavit Rexhaj, Vice Rector for Development and Quality from the University of Prishtina, Mr. Elton Bahtiri, Rector of the University of Prizren Mr. Ismet Temaj, Vice Rector of the University of Gjilan Mr. Leka, IBCM Rector Mrs. Mihone Kerrolli.
All participants shared their experiences related to online learning, and addressed the challenges in terms of legal frameworks. The workshop was led by Prof. Jorida Frakulli Xhafaj and the official from the Kosovo Accreditation Agency, Mr. Shkelzen Gerxhaliu.
