Dr. Dardan Vuniqi, acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, authorized by the Chairman of the Steering Council to lead the workshop on his behalf and Nexhmedin Krasniqi, Chairman of the Commission for Statutory Issues of the University Governing Council and Mr. Nehat Dervishi, coordinator of the HERASPlus Project, who also led this workshop.
