Shemsi Morina, Vice Rector for Teaching, Student Affairs and Scientific Research at the University &#8220;Ukshin Hoti&#8221; in Prizren. HERAS project manager, Mr. Aqim Emurli, thanked the Minister of Education Mr. Ram\u00eb Likaj for sharing his vision regarding AS policy development in Kosovo, who also encouraged WG members to continue their work and use the support of HERAS Plus, based on the Austrian experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main international expert of the AS project, Mr. Almir Kovacevic addressed the audience through the online platform and provided an overview of AS best practices in Austria, including a guide to the AS policy-making process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project manager, Mr. Aqim Emurli presented the &#8216;modus-operandi&#8217; of HERAS Plus which will provide general support towards the drafting of the regulatory framework in the field of AS. Furthermore, members agreed that the AS would be regulated in a systematic manner by having a sound policy, regulated accreditation standards for the AS, and the proper organizational set-up of the public HEI to implement those policies. . As another step, the HERAS Plus project together with the members develops a road map in AS, with some options that will be presented to the MES for review and approval.
