With the support of the HerasPlus Project, the workshop for the Third University Mission was held<\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

At the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren, on Thursday was held a workshop on: “The third mission of universities.” The workshop is supported by the HerasPlus Project. To facilitate the discussion, HERAS + has also engaged the well-known Austrian expert Gudrun Feucht. During the workshop, the expert elaborated the concept, as well as gave some examples of how the third mission is implemented in Austrian universities, such as: The University of Vienna for Business, the Technical University of Graz and the University of Vienna. The Austrian expert paid special attention to the transfer of knowledge and technology as important components of the third mission of universities, among other components.<\/p>\n

From the HerasPlus Project, the coordinator Mr. Nehat Dervishi participated in the panel, who on this occasion emphasized that the HerasPlus Project continues to support the development of higher education institutions in Kosovo, in this context the University “Ukshin Hoti” in Prizren, thanking the management and University staff for the cooperation shown where he underlined that this work is turning into results for this institution.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the University spoke Prof. Ass. Dr. Arsim Susuri, Professor of the Faculty of Computer Science, who thanked the HerasPlus Project and the relevant staff for their continued support of the University.<\/p>\n

The table was also attended by Mr. Nexhmedin Krasniqi u.d. Secretary General, deans, vice deans and other support staff, who actively contributed to the discussions.<\/p>\n
