At the 7<\/span>th<\/span> meeting of the Southeastern Europe and Western Balkan Rectors’ Forum, held on the 4<\/span>th<\/span> and 5<\/span>th<\/span> of September 2023, at Rijeka University, an important decision was made, marking a historic moment for Prizren University \u201cUkshin Hoti\u201d as it joined the Rectors’ Forum, becoming one of 28 universities from the region.<\/span><\/p>\n

This significant decision made during the Rectors’ Forum meeting presents a great opportunity for Prizren University ‘Ukshin Hoti’ to enhance its development and establish relationships with other higher education institutions in the Southeastern Europe and Western Balkan region. Simultaneously, it provides a valuable opportunity for networking and participation in initiatives and collaborative projects with other universities in the Rectors’ Forum.<\/span><\/p>\n

This historic decision is the result of the hard work and dedication of Rector Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani and his leadership team. On this occasion, Rector Alishani emphasized, \u201cThis is proof of our efforts to enhance the role of Prizren University \u201cUkshin Hoti\u201d on the international stage of higher education and to contribute to the development and promotion of quality education in our region.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

At this Rectors’ Forum, Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” is actively working to enhance collaboration and integration in the field of higher education in Southeastern Europe and the Western Balkans. This significant step demonstrates the university’s commitment to developing and promoting high-quality higher education while addressing the various challenges that regional higher education institutions face.<\/span><\/p>\n
