Meeting to Discuss Amendments and Supplements to the University Statute<\/h3><\/div>
On Friday, the first meeting for amendments and supplements to the Statute of Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” took place. During this process, the University will be supported by the Heras+ Project, with an international expert, Ms. Kristiina T\u00f5nnisson.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Rector of the University, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani, considers the initiation of this process as a very important moment, taking into account the need that has been expressed for several years to meet new requirements aiming the enhancement of the University’s efficiency.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prizren University Statute includes the primary norms that regulate the institution’s activities, including the organization, the activity and functioning of constituent structures, authorities and governing bodies, their selection, delegation of authority within administrative bodies, timelines for internal evaluation of structures and study programs, as well as the rights and responsibilities of academic, non-academic staff, and students. Additionally, it addresses other aspects that regulate the institution’s activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The process of amending and supplementing the University Statute will continue, with the involvement of all stakeholders who will provide their contributions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The current University Statute was approved on May 30, 2013, by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. <\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space]
