Vice Rector Serdan was part of the study panel \u201cUnemployment Reasons resulting from Labor Shortage\u201d<\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

The Association of Businessmen and Craftsmen “ESNAF” organized a presentation and panel discussion on the study titled “<\/span> Unemployment Reasons resulting from Labor Shortage”. Among the panelists, participated Vice-Rector, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Serdan Kervan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the panel, which saw significant participation from businessmen, the opening speeches were delivered by Mr. Varis Xhejlani, the chairman of the ESNAF association, and Mr. Fikrim Damka, the Minister of Regional Development. Both Chairman Xhejlani and Minister Damka emphasized the necessity for a collective commitment from all stakeholders to address the current situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

After presenting the study conducted by the ESNAF association, a panel consisting of interested parties was formed to create solutions for the current situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Panelists of this meeting were:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Mr. Edmond Hoxha, Chairman of Municipal Directorate for Work and Social Welfare<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ms. Serdan Kervan, Vice Rector at Prizren University \u201cUkshin Hoti\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Mr. Hajrullah Hoxha, Director of the Employment Center in Prizren<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ms. Edona Turtulla Rada, Director of the Competency Center in Prizren and<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Mr. Ediz \u00c7abrati, owner of the \u201cBurak\u201d company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The panel, which was highly productive, discussed the underlying reasons behind the issue and proposed potential solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This project received support from the Ministry of Regional Development.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We extend our gratitude to all the panelists and participants whose insightful discussions greatly contributed to the successful conclusion of this event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    A special thanks goes to the media for closely covering this initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n

    To wrap up the event, a cocktail party was provided, for additional discussions, opinions, and suggestions. These further discussions demonstrate the effectiveness of this well-coordinated gathering.<\/span><\/p>\n
