The Rector Krrabaj welcomed the Turkey’s new ambassador Sabri Tunç Angılı
The new Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Kosovo, Sabri Tunç Angılı, and the Consul General of the Turkish Consulate in Prizren, Celal Doğan, visited the Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” on Friday. They were welcomed by the university’s Rector, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Samedin Krrabaj and its collaborators.
Firstly, Rector Krrabaj extended his congratulations to Ambassador Angılı on his new role and wishes him continued success. Additionally, the Rector expresses his condolences for the victims of the recent earthquake in Turkey. For this tragic event, the Student Parliament, supported by the university management, staff, and students, has taken the initiative to provide support.
Rector Krrabaj expressed his appreciation to the Ambassador for Turkey’s unhesitating support to Kosovo and the University.
The Rector also emphasized the fruitful collaboration with the Turkish university, expressing readiness for further collaboration and warmly welcomes the contributions of the Embassy.
Meanwhile, the Rector informed the Ambassador of the University’s achievements and the current state of the University. The discussion was centered on the community languages, particularly Turkish and Bosnian.
The Ambassador said that he appreciates the warmed welcomed of the Rector Krrabaj and mentioned that he feels good every time he visits Prizren.
He assured that the overall support for the university will remain the same.
