Rector Alishani met the coordinator of “Maarif” school in Kosovo
The meeting was held in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Present was the Vice-Rector for International Collaboration and Increasing Quality, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Serdan Kervan.
The purpose of this meeting was to introduce and congratulate the new management of the University, as well as to identify opportunities for joint collaboration.
The main topics of discussion were: including university students for practical experience and employment in “Maarif” school programs, as well as organizing training sessions from the University’s Center for Excellence in Teaching for teachers in “Maarif” schools. This effort will enhance the quality of teaching and equip teachers with new skills and advanced pedagogical methodologies for these schools.
During the meeting, the discussion revolved around opportunities to guide and support students from ‘Maarif’ schools who aim to pursue higher education. The study programs at University ‘Ukshin Hoti’ offer perspectives in both Albanian and Turkish languages, providing interested students from ‘Maarif’ Schools with options.
This meeting between Rector Alishani, Coordinator Yilmaz, and other school representatives is a significant step towards fostering a useful and beneficial collaboration between the two institutions, as well as promoting general educational development. This collaboration is expected to generate new projects that will contribute to improving the quality of education and preparing the youth for future challenges.
