On 05.12.2024, at “Ukshin Hoti” University, a meeting was held on the topic “Effectiveness of Quality Assurance Processes” among students of all Academic Units, a meeting led by the Quality Assurance Office, attended by students together with the President of the Student Parliament, Mr. Armend Thaqi.

The representatives of the Quality Assurance Office welcomed the students, and informed them about the importance of student participation and voice in the evaluation processes, in order to improve academic and administrative standards at our University.

During the meeting, the following were discussed:

• Current Quality Assurance processes and the importance of their cooperation in the evaluation.
• Active involvement of students in quality assessment mechanisms
• Suggestions for increasing transparency and improving monitoring methods.

In his speech, the President of the Student Parliament emphasized the importance of student involvement in these processes, noting that cooperation between students and institutions is essential for achieving common goals. While representatives of the Quality Assurance Office presented new initiatives, one of them the launch of the AI Questionnaire, and encouraged suggestions from students to make the processes more effective and inclusive.
The meeting continued with an open question session by both parties, where students had the opportunity to share their requests and recommendations. The parties expressed their readiness for cooperation towards improving quality and enhancing student experiences in the future.

This meeting was welcomed by the participants, being considered of particular importance towards cooperation between students and academic structures for a closer and more qualitative educational system.
