The Secretary General has the following duties and responsibilities:

is the chief of administrationis the leader of the Central Administration;

is the chief of the faculty secretaries;

is the official responsible for the efficient, economic and effective University;

is the official responsible for the efficient, economic and effective University;

is the head of department directors within the Central Administration;

is the official responsible for the technical preparation of the budget process;

is responsible for other matters requested by the Board and the rector, which are not defined in this statute.
