On October 10, 2025, the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren was honored with a certificate of appreciation for its contribution to youth empowerment and support for quality education, during an event organized by the NGO “THY”, in cooperation with UNICEF in Kosovo, the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), and the Municipality of Prizren.

The recognition was received on behalf of the University by Rector Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani, who expressed his gratitude for the acknowledgment and emphasized the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and organizations that support youth development.

The event gathered representatives of international and local institutions, school leaders, students, and young beneficiaries of support programs, including students from the University of Prizren.

This recognition stands as a testament to the University’s ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for quality education, professional development, and active youth engagement in society.
