Tereza Havrankova

Tereza Havrankova, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the English Department at the University of West Bohemia, Czech Republic, focusing on EFL methodology, technology in English education, and general English classes. Post her 2023 doctorate in ELT and educational technology, she’s been active in online learning, working with the American Centre Pilsen to enhance digital education. As a TESOL member, her work extends globally. In 2020, the US government recognized her digital education efforts through its International Visitor Leadership Program.

Louise Sperl

Louise Sperl holds an MA and a PhD in Law from the University of Vienna, with a focus in her PhD thesis on international human rights law, particularly economic and social rights and refugee protection. She has over 20 years of experience as a project manager, researcher, trainer, and technical expert in gender equality, human rights, development, and education. Since 2014, Dr. Sperl is serving as a Project Manager and Education Expert at World University Service (WUS) Austria, where she has also contributed to the design and implementation of the projects HERAS and HERAS Plus. In 2023, she also became Head of Projects and a member of the Executive Board at WUS Austria. From 2006 to 2012, Dr. Sperl worked as a Gender Specialist with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and in 2005 she served as Gender and Human Rights Expert at UNOWA in Senegal. She previously also worked with different non-governmental organisations, think-tanks and academia and contributed to various publications and knowledge products in the fields of gender equality and human rights. For over a decade, her work has focused on gender equality and the right to education for marginalized groups with a geographic focus on Southeast Europe.

Kinga Flaga-Gieruszyńska, Professor at the University of Szczecin, attorney at law; Vice-Rector for Organization of the University of Szczecin; Head of the Interdisciplinary Research Team of Civil Trial Law and Medical Law and New Technologies at the Faculty of Law and Administration; Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council of the University of Szczecin. Organization of the University of Szczecin;  Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Legal Sciences at the University of Szczecin; Member of the Scientific Council of the NASK, member of the Codification Commission of Family Law at the Minister of Justice, member of the Scientific Council of the Scientific and Training Center at the National Council of Judicial Officers; member of the Scientific Council of the Polish Institute of Notaries; President of the Arbitration Court of the Western Pomerania in Szczecin; arbitrator at the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the Western Pomeranian Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection in Szczecin.
In her academic work, she is involved in civil procedural law, arbitration and mediation, bankruptcy and restructuring law, medical law, and new technology law, particularly with regard to applications in the administration of justice.

Driton Hapçiu

Driton Hapçiu, a Kosovo-born entrepreneur, investor, and digital transformation expert, holds a diverse portfolio of roles and responsibilities. As one of the founding partners of the CACTTUS group of Information and Technology (ICT) companies and a founding partner of RECURA, a financial advisory and strategic services provider, Driton Hapçiu has demonstrated his proficiency in various domains. Driton Hapçiu’s contributions extend to co-founding the Association of Kosovo ICT companies (STIKK) and Innovation Center of Kosovo (ICK)  and mentoring burgeoning startups, underscoring his commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Hapçiu’s current endeavours include spearheading initiatives such as CACTTUS Education, RECURA Investment Holding, HARRISIA, CACTTUS Business Solutions, CONCEPTICON, LABBOX, ITEG,  SociaLive, and KOSOVALIVE News and Media Agency. In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Hapçiu assumes pivotal roles in CACTTUS, CACTTUS Education and RECURA, leveraging his expertise in business development, problem-solving, strategic management and digital transformation.

Mustafa Yunus Eryaman

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yunus Eryaman serves as the president of International Association of Educators and as a Research Expert at the European Commission. He is currently the immediate past president of World Education Research Association (WERA) and professor of Curriculum and Instruction at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He has worked as a DAAD-TUBITAK professor at the Institute for International Comparative and Intercultural Education in the University of Hamburg, Germany for two years. He was a visiting Professor and Honorary Research Fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies in Education at London Metropolitan University, UK in 2011. He received his MEd from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. Dr. Eryaman currently serves as the series editor of a Springer Book series entitled “Evidence, Science and Public Good in Education”, as a co-editor of Routledge Book series entitled “Global Perspectives on Education Research”, and as the regional editor of the “Bloomsbury Education and Childhood Studies” series of Bloomsbury Publishing.

Fatbardh SALLAKU

Prof. Dr. Fatbardh Sallaku është pedagog pranë Fakultetit të Bujqësisë dhe Mjedisit që prej vitit 1990. Gjatë periudhës 2008-2016, Prof. Sallaku ka drejtuar Departamentin e Agromjedisit dhe Ekologjisë duke kontribuar në diversifikimin e programeve të reja mësimore, ngritjen dhe akreditimin e Laboratorit Shkencor të Mjedisit. Në periudhën 2016-2020 ai ka shërbyer si Dekan i Fakultetit të Bujqësisë dhe Mjedisit. Ai është diplomuar si “Agronom i Përgjithshëm” në Universitetin Bujqësor të Tiranës në vitin 1990 ku edhe punoi fillimisht si asistent lektor. Prof. Fatbardh Sallaku ka kryer specializime dhe kërkime shkencore në disa universitete europiane të tilla si: “Queen’s University of Belfast”, UK (1994); “Agriculture University of Padova”, Italy (1996); “Institute of Soil Science & Conservation”, Giessen Germany (1998-2002); “Humboldt University of Berlin”, Germany (2004-2005), etj. Ai mban titullin “Profesor” që prej vitit 2010 dhe është lektor pranë Grupit Mësimor Kërkimor të “Shkencës së Tokës” në lëndët “Menaxhimi dhe Administrimi i Tokës”, “Vlerësimi dhe Menaxhimi i Burimeve Natyrore”  etj.
