Dear Students,

We are pleased to inform you that Anadolu University has been allocated an additional Erasmus+ budget for the 2025 Project Term for 

two ( 2) Incoming Students.

Below are the details regarding the financial support, timelines, and selection procedures.

1. Quotas & Timeline

• Incoming Student (2 People):
  • Period: Fall Semester 2026/2027.
  • Action: Since the semester starts soon, please announce this opportunity immediately.
  • Nomination Deadline: 22^nd of June

2. Financial Support (Grant Amounts)

Based on the 2025 Project guidelines, the grant amounts are as follows:

• Individual Support (per Student): €800 per month.
• Travel Grant:

3. Selection Procedure & Required Documentation

As this involves EU funding, a transparent and merit-based selection process is mandatory. We kindly ask you to:

1. Publicly announce this opportunity to your students.
2. Collect applications and evaluate them based on academic merit.
3. Important: Once selected, you must send us the Selection Committee Report (Selection Protocol) signed by your committee, proving that a fair selection was conducted.
