University”Ukshin Hoti’ Prizren Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Office has announced the call for applications for Erasmus+ KA171 (Student Mobility for Countries Not Associated to the Programme).
Applications will be accepted only online between. 30 March 2026 – 15 April 2026 via the email or other website.
It is important that all required documents are uploaded to the system, or that the related documents are provided according to the institution’s procedures within the application period. If the mandatory documents listed below are not uploaded, the application will be considered invalid.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE APPLICATION STAGE
- Transcript: It must be an up-to-date and officially approved transcript
- Language Proficiency Certificate.
DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED FOR ADDITIONAL POINTS / SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
- If applicable, candidates must upload documents related to any of the special conditions listed below to the application system.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- To be a full-time student enrolled in an associate, bachelor’s, master’s (with or without thesis), or doctoral program at [Name of the University].
- Applicants must have completed at least one academic semester in their associate, bachelor’s, master’s (with or without thesis), or doctoral program.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.20/4.0 or 58/100 for associate and bachelor’s students, and 2.50/4.0 or 65/100 for master’s and doctoral students.
- For students transferring from an associate degree, the associate degree graduation GPA must be at least 2.20/4.0 or 58/100.
- For students transferring from a bachelor’s to a master’s program, the bachelor’s graduation GPA must be at least 2.20/4.0 or 58/100.
- For students transferring from a master’s to a doctoral program, the master’s graduation GPA must be at least 2.50/4.0 or 65/100.
- To have the required foreign language proficiency score
- If a student has already benefited from Erasmus+ student mobility activities within their current study program (associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral), the total duration of all mobility activities combined must not exceed 12 months. A student can receive funding for up to 12 months in total for Erasmus study mobility within the same level of study (associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral).
- Recent graduates are allowed to benefit from the student traineeship mobility activity. This means that students who apply for the traineeship program while still enrolled may carry out their internship mobility within 1 year after their graduation, for a duration of 2 to 12 months. If a student wishes to benefit from the traineeship mobility after graduation, they must have applied and been selected for the traineeship call while still a student. Applications submitted after graduation are not accepted.
Students who have temporarily suspended their enrollment (leave of absence) cannot participate in study mobility or (mandatory/optional) internships during the period their enrollment is suspended. However, they are allowed to apply for study or internship mobility during the suspension period.
