Senior Procurement Officer
  1. Ensure that all procurement requests for goods and services are signed by authorized persons.
  2. Prepare standard procurement documents, depending on the procurement method.
  3. Prepare the module for invitations for bidding/tendering.
  4. Distribute invitations for bidding for competitive purchasing.
  5. Draft various official letters and contract drafts in accordance with relevant professional procedures and submit them to the Head of Division for signature.
  6. Participate in bid-opening committees.
  7. Participate in bid-evaluation committees and ensure that detailed data are recorded for all participating bidders, the actions taken, and decisions made, and ensure that each member signs these records.
  8. After completing the evaluation process, prepare and finalize all required documentation for approval.
  9. Assist in monitoring and execution (implementation) of contracts and report on any non-performance of contracts.
  10. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all procurement activities assigned.
  11. Implement legal and sub-legal acts related to the rights and obligations of public officials.
  12. Perform other duties as needed and requested by the Head of Division and substitute the Head of Division (with their authorization) for signing contracts, if licensed/certified by the competent institution.
