- Ensure that all procurement requests for goods and services are signed by authorized persons.
- Prepare standard procurement documents, depending on the procurement method.
- Prepare the module for invitations for bidding/tendering.
- Distribute invitations for bidding for competitive purchasing.
- Draft various official letters and contract drafts in accordance with relevant professional procedures and submit them to the Head of Division for signature.
- Participate in bid-opening committees.
- Participate in bid-evaluation committees and ensure that detailed data are recorded for all participating bidders, the actions taken, and decisions made, and ensure that each member signs these records.
- After completing the evaluation process, prepare and finalize all required documentation for approval.
- Assist in monitoring and execution (implementation) of contracts and report on any non-performance of contracts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all procurement activities assigned.
- Implement legal and sub-legal acts related to the rights and obligations of public officials.
- Perform other duties as needed and requested by the Head of Division and substitute the Head of Division (with their authorization) for signing contracts, if licensed/certified by the competent institution.
Report directly to the Head of the Procurement Division for own work responsibilities
