

Institutional Success: Five-Year Accreditation for the University of Prizren
The University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti” has achieved a five-year institutional accreditation, marking a significant milestone in the development and consolidation of higher education in Kosovo.
The maximum evaluation is the result of the report prepared by international experts, which was approved by the Board of the State Quality Council (SQC) at its meeting held on 23 February 2026. This decision grants the University full credibility at both national and international levels, recognizing its high standards in academic quality, management, infrastructure, and administrative processes.
This achievement reflects the continuous commitment of the academic and administrative staff, the dedication of students, the contribution of the University’s management, as well as the support and trust of its partners. The collaboration of all university components has strengthened academic standards and improved institutional processes, creating a solid foundation for sustainable development and institutional advancement.
The University’s management expresses its appreciation and gratitude to the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) and the State Quality Council (SQC) for the professional process, transparency, and fair institutional evaluation.
