He emphasized that the collaboration with this important institution is necessary for the university’s future development.
Meanwhile, the KAA Director congratulated the new Rector’s vision and dedication on developing this university. “We as KAA have analyzed the vision and project of the Rector, and we are truly satisfied with it”, Director Gashi highlighted. ‘The Rector and management are fully supported by KAA and other institutions at a state level.
After the meeting, KAA, NARIC representatives and University’s management staff held a joint meeting with the leading structures of academic units. The main topic was about conducting the quality standards of the new programs and those in process according to legal basis and bylaws in force.
Naim Gashi, the KAA Director, emphasized the reason for their visit to the University during this time: next year, many existing study programs will go through the reaccreditation process.
Director Gashi emphasized that while drafting the SER (Self-Evaluation Report) of study programs, it’s important to include outside and inside stakeholders in order for all of them to show their contribution.
The University is in partnership with KAA. The University’s success is also our success. We are not your opponent. However, it should be mentioned that the time when things are tolerated has ended,” he underlined.
Kumrije Gagica, the NARIC director, emphasized their role in providing academic information, in addition to recognizing and equating diplomas. The purpose of their visit is to discuss the challenges together with the university staff and KAA representatives.
