Rector Alishani meets European Investment Bank experts to assess University needs
The Rector of Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti”, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani, hosted Fabrice Henard, Ludmila Henry, and their local partners, who were engaged by the European Investment Bank to assess the feasibility of higher education institutions in Kosovo, at his office on Friday. The experts not only met with the management but also conducted a visit to the campus and its facilities. This visit was conducted in accordance with an agreement signed by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MEST), the Ministry of Finance, and the European Investment Bank regarding this matter. At this meeting, Rector Alishani was accompanied by his collaborators and management team, which included Prof. Assoc. Dr. Arend Podvorica, Vice Rector for Teaching, Student Affairs, and Scientific Research; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Serdan Kervan, Vice Rector for International Collaboration and Quality Enhancement; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Adleina Rakaj, Vice Rector for Budget, Finance, and Infrastructure; and the General Secretary of the University, Nexhmedin Krasniqi. During the meeting, Rector Alishani informed them on the institution’s achievements and challenges across all aspects. Additionally, he guided them on a campus visit, providing insights into the current infrastructural conditions and highlighting areas requiring investment at the Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti”.
