The third edition of the International Summer School Prizren has started, which is organized at the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren from July 31 to August 9, 2024, in cooperation with Dokufest, the Innovation and Training Park – ITP Prizren and the Ministry of Works of Foreign and Diaspora. ISSP provide excellent educational opportunities for students in various fields. We have students from outside Kosovo, including 45 different countries of the world. The Summer School will include intensive courses, workshops and other activities by professors from different countries of the world, such as; USA, Poland, England, India, Bulgaria and Hungary. The number of students who have been accepted in this edition is 200 participants from countries such as: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh, Brazil, USA, Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, Ecuador, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy Indonesia , Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosova, Kyrgyzstan Morocco, Mongolia, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Republic of North Macedonia, Saint Lucia, Slovenia, Syria, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Ukraine, Turkey, Vietnam, Yemen, United States , Dominican Republic, etc. The purpose of organizing the VET is to improve the skills and knowledge of the participants, contributing to their academic and professional development. The organization of the International Summer School coincides with the strategic objectives of the University for internationalization and at the same time for the promotion of the values and culture of our country and the creation of opportunities for the exchange of experiences among young people. In this edition of ShVN 2024, 6 modules have been defined for each academic unit as follows: 1. Communication Across Disciplines: Legal Soft Skills for All – Faculty of Law 2. IoT and Smart Agriculture – Faculty of Computer Science 3. Implementing Technologies in Language Teaching – Faculty of Philology 4. Exploring Cultural Diversity Through Documentary Film Education – Faculty of Education 5. Forest and Landscape Management – Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences 6. Forensic Accounting and Financial Crime – Faculty of Economics In addition to holding the modules, extracurricular activities are also organized with different representatives from the public and private sector.
