University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti” has achieved an important academic success with the accreditation of three new master’s study programs, approved by the State Quality Council during its 149th meeting held on May 18, 2026.

This decision marks a significant step toward advancing the university’s academic offer and strengthening its professional and scientific capacities, creating new opportunities for students and contributing to the development of higher education in the country.

The accredited programs are:

• Faculty of Education – Education and Teaching in Mathematics in Turkish Language, MA
• Faculty of Law – European Union Legislation and Institutions, LLM
• Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences – Forestry and Forest Ecology, MSc

These programs have been approved with designated student quotas and a three-year accreditation validity period, demonstrating compliance with quality standards in teaching, scientific research, and academic organization.

The Rector of the university described this achievement as evidence of the institution’s commitment to enhancing quality in higher education and expanding the academic offer in line with contemporary needs.The accreditation of these new master’s programs is an important success for our university and the entire academic community.
