Prof. Assoc. Dr. Armend Podvorica, Vice Rector for Teaching, Student Affairs, and Scientific Research, and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Rifat Morina, a professor in the Faculty of Education, are participating in the conference at the University “Ismail Qemali” in Vlorë on November 10-11, 2023. The event includes the 18th Annual International Conference of Institutional Partners, “Social Capital & Public Sphere in Contemporary Society”, the 3rd Annual Conference of the Center for School Leadership (CSL – AADF), on “Leadership and Management in Education”, and the 5th Biennial Conference of the Balkan Sociological Forum (BSF) on “Peace – the Balkan Context”.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, the Vice-Rector emphasized that he feels honored to participate as the Deputy Rector of Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” in this important event. “I want to express warm regards from the Rector of Prizren University, Mentor Alishani, who regrets not being able to be present. The reason is that, at the same time in Prizren, the International Scientific Conference “Bridge 2023’” is being held. However, he sends his support and best wishes for a successful conference in Vlorë”, emphasized Vice Rector Podvorica. He added that the articles and discussions presented during these conferences will undoubtedly contribute to advancing knowledge and improving our communities.

Meanwhile, the conference organizers expressed their appreciation to Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” for its contribution to organizing this conference in the previous editions
