

University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren and Eastern Mediterranean University Sign Cooperation Agreement
As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen international cooperation and enhance the quality of higher education, the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren (UUHP) and the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), based in Famagusta, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document, signed on October 27, 2025, marks an important step toward building new bridges of academic collaboration between the two higher education institutions. Through this agreement, both parties express their shared commitment to promoting academic cooperation, exchanging experiences, and fostering scientific research.
According to the provisions of the Memorandum, the cooperation will include:
- Academic and student exchangesfor both short-term and long-term visits;
- Invitations for academics and studentsto participate in training courses, lectures, conferences, symposia, and workshops;
- Joint research projectsin areas of mutual interest;
- Exchange of scientific and educational datafor study and training purposes;
- Development of joint degree programsbetween respective departments.
This collaboration represents a shared commitment to quality, internationalization, and innovation in higher education, opening new horizons for students and academic staff of both universities.
