

The Promotion of the Book “A Soldier in the Occupier’s Army” by Author Meriman Braha Held at “Ukshin Hoti” University of Prizren
At “Ukshin Hoti” University of Prizren, the promotion of the novel “A Soldier in the Occupier’s Army” by the well-known writer and patriot Meriman Braha was held today. The event took place in the Amphitheater of the Faculty of Economics and was attended by professors, students, researchers, and literature enthusiasts, who showed great interest in the work and its artistic and historical message.
The promotion began with opening remarks by the Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mentor Alishani, who emphasized the importance of fostering culture and literary creativity within the university. This was followed by speeches by Prof. Dr. Zymer Neziri and Hydaet Hyseni, who praised the author’s contribution to Albanian literature and the sensitive themes explored in the novel.
Author Meriman Braha shared with the audience his creative process, experiences, and challenges encountered while writing the novel, which offers a unique perspective on historical and human realities.
After the main presentations, participants took part in a Q&A and discussion session, exchanging reflections on the book’s messages, characters, and the values it conveys.
The event concluded with a reception and the distribution of the book to attendees.
