The coordination meeting was held between representatives of CARE Germany and Kosovo, the NGO EC Ma Ndryshe, and the management of the University of Prizren, where the integration of the Green Innovation Lab into the institutional structure of the university was discussed.

The aim of the meeting was to harmonize further steps and define the role of each party in this process, as well as coordinate actions towards the sustainable operationalization of the lab within the university academic ecosystem.

CARE Germany was represented by Ms. Juliane Strub (Desk Officer Balkans, CARE DE), Ms. Lara Dobriwolski (Desk Officer and Donor Engagement, CARE DE), and Melita Bytyçi Kelmendi from CARE Kosovo, as well as Fisnik Minci and Muniba Hamza from EC Ma Ndryshe.

The University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren was represented by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani, Rector; Prof. Ass. Dr. Luan Vardar, Vice-Rector; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Serdan Kervan, Vice-Rector; and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Albana Plakiqi Milaimi, Dean of the Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences.

The meeting was characterized by close cooperation and constructive discussions, reflecting a shared commitment to ensuring the functional and sustainable integration of the Green Innovation Lab within the University of Prizren.
