

Panel Discussion at UUHP on the Role of Educational Institutions in Promoting Gender Equality as a Mechanism for Preventing Violence
As part of the global campaign “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence”, the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren organized a panel discussion on the topic:
“The Role of Educational Institutions in Promoting Gender Equality as a Mechanism for Preventing Violence.”
The activity took place on 08 December 2025 at the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren, bringing together institutional representatives, academics, and justice sector professionals who contribute to promoting gender equality and preventing and combating gender-based violence.

During the discussion, the panelists emphasized the essential role that educational institutions play in promoting and raising awareness about gender equality as a mechanism for preventing violence. They also conveyed clear messages on the importance of interinstitutional cooperation in addressing issues related to gender-based violence.
