The Rector of Prizren University “Ukshin Hoti” held a meeting with representatives of the Organization for Increasing Quality of Education (ORCA).

The visit was to congratulate the new Rector, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani, on his recent appointment.

ORCA expressed its joy and enthusiasm at having a distinguished academic like Professor Alishani, who has achievements in his field, leading a public institution of higher education. ORCA offered their support through projects with the aim of accelerating the reforms at Prizren University. Additionally, they anticipated potential criticism from stakeholders in the future, emphasizing that this is the way to improve higher education.
