Main tasks:

  • Based on the data provided through quality assurance mechanisms, compiles various reports on the needs of the university.
  • Supervises and supervises the work with the quality assurance coordinators within the academic units.
  • Coordinates and supervises the work and takes care of the smooth running of the institutional accreditation process and program accreditation by supporting academic units in this process.
  • Plays an active role in the process of evaluation of academic staff and takes care of the implementation of legal and sub-legal provisions related to this process.
  • Creates, maintains and maintains the documentation of the academic staff within the competencies of the office for the needs of the institution and for accreditation.
  • Prepares various reports and analyzes according to the requirements of the vice-rector and the university management.
  • Makes regular assessment of staff under his supervision and supports their development through training to ensure the performance of their duties at the level with the required standards; Performs other similar work as required by the management and needs of the University.
