Head of Division International Relations Office
- Ensures the implementation of the strategic plan of UUHP for the internationalization of the university and provides the necessary professional support to the management (Vice Rector for Foreign Relations) for the implementation of this plan.
- As the head of the office, he gives professional advice and recommendations to the university management and helps in the drafting and implementation of international agreements.
- Manages the affairs of the office by communicating with the institutions with which UUHP has cooperation agreements of international character and takes care of the implementation, renewal and extension of these agreements.
- In coordination with the information office, it takes care of the English language version of the official website and all the official documentation of the university, constantly promoting the university at the international level.
- In cooperation with the relevant offices of UUHP, provides all the necessary support; office for projects, office for mobility of students and staff as well as other offices in similar jobs.
- Organizes and arranges international meetings of the rector and management of UUHP university, as well as assists in organizing international scientific conferences inside and outside the university.
- Provides with the help of subordinate staff the verbal and written translation in the unofficial languages of the Republic of Kosovo according to the case and the needs of the university.
- Makes regular assessment of staff under his supervision and supports their development through training to ensure the performance of their duties at the level with the required standards; Performs other similar work as required by the management and needs of the University.
