

Rector Receives Colonel Federico Mora to Deepen Institutional Cooperation
As part of inter-institutional cooperation and the strengthening of relations with international partners, Colonel Federico Mora, Commander of the Regional Command West (RC-W) of the NATO-led KFOR mission, paid an official visit to the University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren, where he was received by the Rector, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Mentor Alishani.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were discussed, with special emphasis on KFOR’s role in ensuring a safe and stable environment in Kosovo, as well as on opportunities to expand inter-institutional cooperation in various fields.
Colonel Mora praised the role of academic institutions in the development of society and emphasized the continued commitment of NATO and KFOR to support stability and security in the country.
For his part, Rector Mentor Alishani expressed gratitude for the cooperation and contribution of KFOR to date, underlining the importance of continuing and deepening this cooperation in the future.
Also participating in the meeting were Prof. Ass. Dr. Luan Vardari, Vice-Rector for Teaching, Student Affairs and Scientific Research; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Serdan Kervan, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement; Prof. Ass. Dr. Adelina Rakaj, Vice-Rector for Budget, Finance and Infrastructure; as well as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Ass. Dr. Festim Tafolli.
At the conclusion of the visit, both parties agreed to further advance communication and develop joint initiatives aimed at strengthening stability and institutional cooperation.
