  • Provides administrative and technical support including official mail, telephone calls, scanning, faxing and copying of documents as well as hosting parties for the rector.
  • Participates in the Senate and rector meetings, drafts minutes of meetings, decisions of the Senate, Rector and other documents in consultation with the legal office of the university.
  • Receives and distributes correspondence which is addressed to the rector’s office and takes care of its maintenance.
  • Maintains and maintains electronic and physical copies of various documents, files and other data in order to document the activities of the Rector.
  • Maintains contacts on behalf of the Rector with staff of the institution, senior officials, and the public, including providing assistance and advice and guidance on specific issues or exchanging information.
  • Manages the calendar of meetings and other events of the rector and helps solve any administrative and technical problems.
  • Takes care of providing supplies with materials and equipment, necessary inventory.
  • Performs other duties in accordance with laws and regulations which may be reasonably required from time to time by the Rector.
