The Senior Legal Officer
- Actively participates in the drafting of sub-legal acts within the scope of the University’s operations;
- Ensures that other sub-legal acts comply with the Statute and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kosovo;
- Performs formatting, linguistic and legal revisions, and ensures that the technical content of sub-legal acts is accurate;
- Prepares decisions and keeps the minutes of the Governing Council or the Senate, depending on where assigned by the Secretary General;
- Oversees and manages the procedures for drafting and submitting sub-legal acts to the relevant governing bodies of the University;
- Coordinates and liaises, as needed, with other officials of the Division;
- Performs all other duties assigned by the Head of the Division for Legal Affairs;
- Is accountable for their work to the Head of the Division for Legal Affairs.
