- Performs general administration and management of the infrastructure unit.
- Manages and maintains University infrastructure and logistics information.
- Manages and controls the maintenance work of the University facilities.
- Manages and controls the work of securing and maintaining the University facilities as well as takes care of the supervision and implementation of contracts by sub-contractors.
- Provides infrastructure and logistics services for the university and constituent units.
- Provides proposals regarding the needs of the University for inventory and consumables.
- Prepares plans and specifics in cases of initiating procurement procedures.
- Prepares the necessary documentation related to capital investment projects at the University and performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
