The student may re-register as a regular student without any hindrance regarding the period of temporary suspension of the regular student status based on this Statute. The period of temporary suspension of the status of a regular student based on the Statute is not counted in the duration of studies. If the curriculum valid at the time of the student’s first registration does not take place in the following year of the student’s registration after the temporary suspension of the status of a regular student based on the Statute, the study committee of the academic unit decides on the differential exams or on the obligations additional ones as a condition for continuing studies.
