Call for Application at HNEE

We are happy to share this year’s incoming call for students for the winter term 2025/26 with you and hope to welcome again some of your students for an exchange at HNEE.

Timetable:

10.03.2025                            Call to partners (See attached call in PDF format for distribution. Please add your own deadline when students need to send documents to you)

10.03.-07.04.2025             Call and application period at your university including the pre-selection at your university          

Please collect all applications (including all necessary documents) at your university and then do your internal selection process. Once done, please send us your pre-nomination including your ranking and the rejected applicants via the attached excel file. You are very welcome to give us feedback on the ranking categories. Please pre-nominate a maximum of 5 students.
We will then send an access links to the online platform “Mobility Online” only to the prenominated students and then start the application process with the students directly via the online platform.

07.04.2025                           Deadline pre-nomination from partners (via attached Excel – not Mobility Online)  Please make sure your students already apply with all necessary documents (Transcript of Records, current Enrolment Certificate, motivation letter for study programme) and only nominate them if the documents are complete!

08.04.2025                      HNEE sends registration link to prenominated students 

08.04.-20.04.2025          Students register and upload documents (via Mobility Online) Only students who upload all documents in time are considered in the further process.

21.04. – 30.05.2025           Internal selection process at HNEE

30.05. – 13.06.2025           HNEE sends acceptance or rejection letters to applicants (they then have appr.  3 months to organise their stay)
